GLIMPS Micro Credit Enterprise (GLIMPS MCE) is a licensed Tier 4 financial institution, registered in 2021 and operating under the regulatory oversight of the Bank of Ghana (BoG). We are also a proud member in good standing of the Micro Credit Association of Ghana (MCAG).
GLIMPS MCE was founded out of the vision of Rev. Prof. Paul Frimpong-Manso, former General Superintendent of the Assemblies of God Ghana. His goal was to create a trusted financial support system to meet the growing needs of Assemblies of God churches, ministers, ministers’ spouses, and members offering accessible, dependable, and ethical lending solutions.
Over the years, GLIMPS has expanded its reach beyond the church community to serve the wider Ghanaian market. Today, we support low-to-medium-risk individuals, traders, and small-to-growing businesses with tailored credit services that enable financial growth and stability.

Mrs. Enid Osei-Tete
General Manager
Mrs. Enid Osei-Tete is an experienced finance and administrative professional with over two decades of progressive expertise in accounting, credit management, operations, and organizational leadership. She currently serves as the Manager of GLIMPS Micro-Credit Enterprise, where she oversees operations, credit administration, financial management, and client service delivery.
She holds an MBA in Management Studies and a BSc. Administration (Accounting option) from Central University, Ghana. Her academic background is complemented by strong competencies in financial planning, governance, managerial economics, project management, MIS, and quantitative analysis.
Mrs. Osei-Tete has a solid professional foundation built through key roles at Toyota Ghana Company Limited—where she worked as an Accounts Officer, Invoicing Officer, and Credit Receivables Assistant—and through experience with the Ghana Revenue Authority as a Tax Assistant. Her career also includes extensive administrative leadership at BAYCAP Consult Ltd., as well as entrepreneurial experience managing Frenido Fashions.
She is proficient in major accounting software systems including QuickBooks, Zoho Books, and Oracle ERP, and is highly skilled in Microsoft productivity tools. Known for her meticulousness, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence, she brings a high sense of initiative, innovation, and integrity to her leadership at GLIMPS.
Beyond her corporate roles, Mrs. Osei-Tete has served in several leadership and advisory capacities within the Assemblies of God Church, contributing significantly to women’s ministry development, administrative coordination, and mentorship.
Her blend of professional competence, administrative depth, and Christian leadership makes her a trusted pillar in steering GLIMPS Micro-Credit Enterprise toward sustainable growth and impactful service.

Mrs. Lois Nkansah Darko
Operations Manager
Lois Nkansah Darko is a highly experienced banking and operations professional with over a decade of hands-on expertise in customer service, branch operations and financial services management. With a strong academic background, including a BA and MSc in Economics from KNUST, Lois brings analytical rigor and operational discipline to her role.
She currently serves as the Operations Manager at GLIMPS Microcredit Enterprise, where she oversees the firm’s operational processes, compliance, client service delivery, and branch support functions.
Before joining GLIMPS, Lois held progressive roles at Global Access Savings and Loans and uniCredit Ghana Limited. She has built a strong track record in ensuring operational excellence, enforcing regulatory and internal controls, mentoring staff, and driving customer satisfaction.
Lois is also an entrepreneur, having founded Shalom Prestige Enterprise, a thriving wholesale and retail business.
With strong interpersonal skills, a results-driven mindset, and deep knowledge of financial operations, Lois provides steady, reliable leadership within the GLIMPS management team.

Freeman Osei-Tete Junior
Accounts officer
Freeman Osei-Tete Junior is an ambitious and detail-oriented finance professional with strong expertise in accounting, auditing, credit analysis, and financial reporting. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and an MPhil in Finance from the University of Ghana, where he graduated with distinction.
Freeman currently serves as the Accountant & Credit Analyst at GLIMPS Microcredit Enterprise, where he manages end-to-end bookkeeping functions, prepares financial statements, oversees regulatory compliance, conducts creditworthiness assessments, and ensures adherence to internal and industry-wide credit standards. His dual competence in both accounting operations and credit analysis makes him a versatile asset to the organization.
He also brings extensive audit experience from Probitas Partners Ltd, providing audit support to churches, SMEs, and corporate clients, ensuring strong internal controls, compliance with standards, and timely financial reporting. His background further includes roles in customer service at Universal Merchant Bank and accounting at Precious Rodinet GH Ltd.
Freeman is skilled in financial software such as QuickBooks, eBanqr, and xdsData, and has strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. He also tutors students in Mathematics, Accounting, and Economics internationally, reflecting his passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing. His interests extend into technology, particularly artificial intelligence.

Dr. Freeman Osei-Tete is a distinguished academic, administrator, accountant, auditor, and consultant with over three decades of experience across public administration, accounting, management, and institutional leadership. He serves as a key member of the Advisory Board of GLIMPS Micro-Credit Enterprise, providing strategic guidance rooted in deep professional expertise and extensive leadership experience.Dr. Osei-Tete holds a Ph.D., MPhil, and Master of Public Administration (MPA) from the University of Ghana, Legon Business School. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts (Hons) degree from the same institution.
